What would your character do with a million dollars?
Jacob would most likely help his mom pay off any debt she has left, and maybe help fix up their home. He’s not the kind of guy to accumulate a lot of stuff, so the rest of the money might go into savings just in case he needed it. The guy is normally so frugal with what money he has, I’m betting that once the initial novelty of having that much wore off he’d go back to normal.
