Jacob saving Lilliput from a tornado or hurricane
Oh gosh. He would be so concerned for all of them! He might not be able to do much to stop the bad weather from hitting them, but he could help build up their defenses and shelter. He might even be able to act as a windbreak for a little while, though probably just enough to give them time to get to actual safety.
He would absolutely be on the cleanup crew, as well. If infrastructure had problems, Jacob could literally just carry people to safety, or get them to hospitals and stuff like that. Cleaning up debris would be a snap for him.
