I sort of feel the signs of burnout coming on, so I’m planning to take it easier on myself in August. I’m not going to make myself write just to write something during this month, and focus instead on cleaning up stuff I’ve already written. I’m sure I’ll write some new material over August, but I won’t have some hidden word count goal I’m trying to meet.
