A chance meeting between Dragon!Dean and Giant!Jacob

Poor Dean thought he was pretty big and strong at 51 feet tall… till
he met a 122 ft tall teenager in the woods that’s big enough to carry
him around like a pampered pet!
Good thing Jacob is pretty mellow
about meeting a mythical fire breathing beast in the woods. He’s pretty
new to the Supernatural, and he suspects that hanging out with his own
Sam and Dean he’ll see a bit more.

Dragon!Dean grows to 51 feet in his own story, my first fanfic
Dragon!Dean is still scared of heights
and Giant!Jacob is from Bigfoots A Hoax

Chase In Lilliput – Barn Razing (2/2)

Part 2 and the aftermath of Jacob tearing down someone’s poor barn. He got out of that in better shape than any of the little Lilliputians would, but he still got a few burns here and there. Lucky he has some little helpers.

( Part One ) ( Chase In Lilliput Tag )

“I can’t believe you ripped down the Millers’ barn!” Chase couldn’t even pretend to scold Jacob in the midst of checking over his giant hands for burns. The giant was seated in the patch of land Chase had offered him, both hands held out for Chase and Minnie to see. “Just walked right up to it and…” Chase mimicked ripping the wall of the barn away, exaggerating every movement.

The small scene of destruction was the talk of the town. Chase would have liked to hear more of the gossip, but there were more important things to take care of.

Jacob sighed overhead, ever patient. “Well, I didn’t exactly have time to just reach in the doors and grab everything out one by one,” he pointed out. “I had to.”

“Oh, no, I’m not saying that,” Chase said, while beckoning his sister over. She brought the bucket of ice water and a rag to clean out the dirt and soot before they could give Jacob any burn ointment.

“Just that, you know. You got to use your powers for good and it was awesome. That’s all.” Chase grinned up at the unconvinced giant and was pleased to earn an eyeroll in return.

Minnie scoffed in lieu of Jacob doing so. “Jacob doesn’t have superpowers, Chase. He’s just giant.”

“Hey, he’s strong enough to toss you into the bay from here!” Chase protested.

“Hey, now,” Jacob chimed in. He rolled his shoulders, but tried not to move his hands too much. He was a big guy; leaning over like he was had to put a crick in his back. “That’s not the kind of image I want. I’m just the friendly neighborhood firefighter.”

“Don’t worry, no one’s actually saying anything like that,” Minnie said dismissively, cutting off Chase’s own reassurance. “Chase is just being a horrible brother by being mean to his baby sister.”

Chase put his hand over his heart. “I would never actually advocate anyone throwing my sister into the bay,” he protested. He hopped gracelessly up onto Jacob’s palm so he could slap some ointment over a huge burn and continued, “I was just saying being a giant kind of is a superpower.”

Jacob curled one fingertip up so he could nudge at Chase’s side. “Not always a useful one, though,” he mused. “What I really need is your ability to talk myself out of anything. Mr. Miller might never let me in his fields again after that.”

Chase flailed an arm as he tried and failed not to fall over on Jacob’s hand. Then, he scrambled back to the ground before he could tumble even more. “Nah,” he waved off the concern. “Once he’s over the shock, he’ll see you really were trying to help.”

“You even saved a bunch of his stuff,” Minnie chimed in, moving on to the next burn. To Jacob, the injuries were tiny, but to both of them they were huge. They were going to fix up what they could. “That counts for something.”

Chase grinned and found another spot to add more burn cream. “Your public image is gonna be great, I promise. I know how to spin this one, and soon everyone will want to have a guardian giant wandering their fields.”

Jacob groaned, to Chase’s smug satisfaction couldn’t come up with a counterargument.

Chase In Lilliput – Barn Razing (1/2)

I got this one half done and then forgot about it for a bit! Things have been busy, but there should always be time for Chase and his giant buddy. Jacob also deserves a chance to be a hero!

( Chase In Lilliput Tag )

The flames had nearly reached the barn. They left a black patch of grass behind them, the clear path from the scorched earth where the lightning first struck. Jacob winced as he heard the animals in the building baying and squealing in fear. Fire already licked at some of the walls, scaring the horses in their pens.

It was already working its way to the other side of the barn. It burned fast and hot, more than Jacob could stomp out.

At least he had other options.

Chase In Lilliput – Birthday Party

Happy Birthday, Jacob Andris!

August 27th is the specific day, but since I didn’t want to deal with whether or not the Lilliputian calendar is the same, I handwaved it a bit here. My boy is getting older; I’m really proud of how far the character has come since I first created him. He’s seen some crazy adventures in his original story as well as the many AUs I’ve tossed him into. I decided to use this cute AU to give him a nice birthday, since a lot of the other stories can get kinda sad for him at times. This one is all cutes.

( Chase In Lilliput Tag )

Jacob relaxed against a hillside outside a miniature city. No matter how long it had been since he’d washed up on the shores of Lilliput, no matter how many times people insisted he was the giant there, he couldn’t help but think of it that way. To him, Lilliput and its denizens were tiny, all barely the size of a finger compared to him. He couldn’t even fit a hand in the doors of their homes (not that he’d tried that more than once).

He’d already been scolded once or twice by the people in charge. He wasn’t supposed to wander into the city itself without a chaperone, and even then only in less crowded areas. Since they were active all the time, those times were very rare.

In the back of his mind, Jacob was aware that he could go into town whenever he wanted. He could use their many roads as a footpath to any destination within the city. They couldn’t stop him from doing so.

He didn’t want to make them see him that way.

He’d been accepted in Lilliput. Considering how easily they could have sent him away, or worse, attacked him, he wanted to stay on their good side. As much as he could, anyway.

Bowman of Wellwood Excerpt

Light peeked under the hat. Bowman’s eyes widened as the side slowly lifted, and he pondered diving underneath to escape. A huge hand snaked its way under the brim and his nerves shattered. Fingers the size of his body fished in the dirt, looking for him. Bowman tried to evade them, but soon enough one of the giant fingertips brushed his arm.

A fearful squeak formed in his throat as he tried to sidle around the hand only for a giant finger and thumb to pinch the front of his shirt. He twisted away, but that grasp dragged him forward several irresistible steps before the whole hand lunged forward and clamped around him.

The skin was much thicker than his, to say nothing about the strength of the grip coiled around him. Air fled Bowman’s lungs and the hand dragged him out of his prison at last. It engulfed his body from the waist down, with one arm pinned to his side. Bowman felt the human’s slow pulse, heavy and powerful compared to his own, and heat radiated all around him.

He squirmed with every ounce of strength he had, and his wings twitched with him. He pushed as hard as he could on the giant’s thumb as it lifted him up. The huge face loomed close, and Bowman did what he could to ignore it.

By the time the giant was back at its full height, panic had settled around Bowman’s heart like a cage. The giant stared awkwardly at him, and he trembled every time he glanced up at those enormous brown eyes. His attempts to escape didn’t bother his captor at all.

With no other options, Bowman let a desperate impulse drive his actions. He leaned forward and sank his teeth into the giant’s finger. The thick skin resisted his effort at first, and then his sharpest teeth broke through just enough. A faint taste of copper came just before the giant dropped him.

He fell like a stone, taking a deep breath with newly freed lungs. Then, his wings snapped open and he leveled off in the air. He hurtled towards the edge of the clearing with his wings blurring in the night air to bank upwards.

No giant would catch Bowman Leafwing when he was flying.

Word Association: Chocolate!

Send me a word and I’ll tell you one OC fact related to it

Jacob Andris has made chocolate exactly once in his life. When he was younger, he got in the idea that he wanted to make some homemade chocolate for his mother, and he confided in his dad about it (after debating on trying it himself … wise choice, kiddo). They managed to figure out all the ingredients and gather them without Mariana ever figuring it out … until she found the mess they made of her usually-spotless kitchen.

Luckily, the chocolate turned out okay, so Jacob and Nick were forgiven, though banned from the kitchen for a few days after that.
